Description: The aim of the workshop “HOT TOPICS” is to analyse, from a multidisciplinary perspective, certain managerial and clinical conditions that are particularly common in first care and intensive care units in the healthcare context.
Intervention: Andrea Tomo was invited as a speaker for an intervention titled “Error management in a multidisciplinary setting: A managerial and organisational perspective”, in which, as part of a broader discussion on decision-making processes and how errors can be managed, the role of technology in decision-making was also highlighted, along with how this has been influencing managerial activities in recent years.
